What is Love Body?

A soul-centered self-care practice for women who want to be free.

In a world of messages telling women that who we are is not ok, how we are is not ok and our bodies are not ok, we're here to offer a counter-message: Go Love Yourself! Love Body self-care practices reconnect us to our inherent wisdom, joy and love and support every woman in living as her authentic self, free from the bull-shit pressure to eat a certain way to change our body. Rather we can simply treat ourselves well because we DESERVE to be well.

Enjoy your body. Enjoy your life. Live as your beautiful self.

"I have definitely experienced a mindset shift regarding my health and my body that I would not have otherwise achieved. I have experienced small, incremental shifts in the thoughts and emotions that I have surrounding my body and have been more able to recognize and make note of how they impact my behavior. One major shift I have experienced is recognizing that I don’t have to let one moment or even a couple of days of unhealthy choices put me off track for weeks on end afterward. I am now more likely to start the next day fresh and continue to make healthier choices for a sustained amount of time. I feel this experience has set me up to make some significant life long changes that will move me toward my goals of a healthier lifestyle and stronger relationship with my body."
